Warranty and Returns Policy


Ruff Tuff Products warrants its products against defects in workmanship and material for one (1) year from the shipping date. Ruff Tuff does not warrant against color change or fading.

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement only. Ruff Tuff’s liability shall not exceed the replacement or repair cost of the merchandise.

The product may be repaired or replaced at Ruff Tuff’s discretion.

Prior to returning an item for warranty service, the customer must call Ruff Tuff at 800-453-8830 (US only) or 801-972-5845 for a Returned Goods Number (RG#) and instructions.

Return Policy


Ruff Tuff custom seat covers are made to order for the customer’s specific vehicle (year, make, model, seat style, and installed features), using the customer’s choice of fabrics, colors, and options. They are non-returnable.

They are designed to be installed over the seat’s original upholstery. They are not re-upholstery kits.

The Flex OPS™ package may be returned for refund in unused condition within 60 days after shipment. A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
